    Return & Exchange Policy ​ At Asseni cosmetics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we are here to assist you. ​ How to Return ​ To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your original order number and the reason for return. We do not include return labels. We recommend using USPS.​ No returns or exchanges on bundles/deals/discounts/replacements ​ Return Guidelines: Products must be in their original packaging Items that have been used do not qualify for a refund Returns are accepted by mail only ​ Mail qualifying item(s) to: ​ 9227 Reseda Blvd #155 Northridge , CA 91324 ​ Important Notes: Insert Return Label Asseni cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return fees. Asseni cosmetics is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments. ​ Once your return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees. RECEIVED DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM(S) ​ Any items that is defective, damaged or incorrect may only be replaced with the same item ordered.

    We currently only offer domestic shipping in the U.S.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
    Shipping varies on time of year but typically takes about 7-10 business days but may be sooner.
